The work, shown openly.
Once our engagements close their first retailer deals, we publish case studies here — with explicit city permission, brand-revealed, dollar amounts disclosed where applicable. Until then, this page stays honest.
Our policy is straightforward: we don't list city clients here until they've engaged us, seen results, and explicitly authorized us to share the engagement publicly. If you're evaluating us before our first published case studies, ask for direct references on a call — we can put you in touch with mayors who have engaged us, with their permission.
What our case studies will look like
Each case study covers the engagement end-to-end:
- Pre-engagement state. Trade-area leakage in dollars, vacancy patterns, retailer category gaps.
- What we ran. Priority sites profiled, retailers targeted, RECon meetings booked, intel surfaced from Council IQ.
- Outcomes. Retailers landed (with brand names, after the city authorizes disclosure), projected annual sales tax contribution, sites filled or under contract.
- Mayor's perspective. Direct quote from the mayor or economic development director on what changed and why they renewed (or graduated to a different tier).
Why we wait
Most consulting firms publish "case studies" that are really capability decks — written before any actual outcome is achieved, sometimes for engagements that never produced a deal. We don't.
Our case studies will publish only after a deal has actually closed and the retailer is either open or under construction. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. If our results don't merit publishing, this page stays empty — and that's the honest signal.
Outcome-honest documentation is the only kind worth publishing. We'd rather be quiet for a year than fake credibility we haven't earned.
